Tampered seal Nintendo switch 2

Hi, I'm a monthly contract customer and bought Nintendo switch 2 (mario kart edition) from your shop, it has security seal tampered, I can't check it if the code is working because it's a gift for my son and it will be opened on Friday. Do anyone had the same issue with their delivery? It was delivered by DPD.
