Hi,
I upgraded my phone yesterday and upgraded to the Z Fold 6 with the offer of a free pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro.
The website says the Buds will be delivered to me 15-30 days after the order has been placed, but the lady I did the upgrade with yesterday said I would have to claim them with Samsung?
There is no mention of the Buds3 Pro on the order email/invoice that was sent to me either.
Can someone please clarify how these will be claimed or if they will be sent out by EE as the website says?

False offering I got new s 24 ultra and flip 5 so I didn't really needed flip 6 but they offered with buds 3 pro as gift that's why I got deal with it's promise gift which never received we can simply say its scamming people who's been accepting deals because of it.

Otherwise people could make a deal directly with samsung store they were offered 10% discount for pre-ordered and trade in price so we could have flip6 for less than 800£ not for full price but EE promise free gift as much interesting offer for customers I'm pretty much sure they're lot of people who's been catch up because of that the worst thing I can't ordered buds 3 pro now because I don't know if they will really send them or not😒

I do hope you're correct and wait patiently for some sign This was one of the main reasons I pre-ordered my fold 6 😕
Seems strange that if I'm willing to pay for them from Samsung online, I can have them tomorrow.
I was so looking forward to seeing the innovations and as a gift for pre-order it felt a worthy deal sealer.
I don't feel this has been handled all to well and every previous promotion that did indeed require direct claim from Samsung worked relatively seamlessly, I don't understand why EE would decide to change a process that worked 🤷

Hi, I got a text about delay but haven't received my buds yet and EE nor Samsung seem to have a clue about it. Have you you got yours now?

Hi Leslie. Same problem here. I have been passed between EE and Samsung 6 times now and it's becoming tedious. Samsung say it's not their promotion and to speak to EE. No one at EE has a clue and can't tell me anything. Someone must know something and I want definitive response with acceptable information instead of being told by 6 people that they don't know.

I have same issue and we can't be the only ones. I've been passed between EE and Samsung 6 times now and EE can't tell me anything,even though I had a delay text a month ago from EE. Samsung say it's not their promotion and to deal with EE. I think a tagged complaint on social media is in order

No I don't think they will i will try to cancel my contract with them because I have flip 5 and s24 ultra

Same here still waiting... maybe they're prioritising customers who paid for the buds over us 🤷... Either way if I don't hear anything soon I'll look to cancel my contract.

I'm having the same problem with EE still not received my buds as of 03/09/24 they said its too do with supply they said contact samsung,so I did and samsung said its nothing to do with them as it was an EE promotion not samsung.
