Z Fold 6 pre-order with free Galaxy Buds3 Pro Silver

Hi,

I upgraded my phone yesterday and upgraded to the Z Fold 6 with the offer of a free pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro.

The website says the Buds will be delivered to me 15-30 days after the order has been placed, but the lady I did the upgrade with yesterday said I would have to claim them with Samsung?

There is no mention of the Buds3 Pro on the order email/invoice that was sent to me either.

Can someone please clarify how these will be claimed or if they will be sent out by EE as the website says?

Thanks James, do I have to do something? Should I go back to the store to update information? Or as they say in previous comments, the buds arrive automatically?

No, you don't need to do anything @karol_ximena_95 

Your Buds3 Pro will be dispatched automatically 15-30 days after you receive your phone.

When can we expect an update on this? I received my Fold 6 weeks ago and still waiting for any updates regarding the Buds 3 Pro pre-order bonus. Do you know when we can expect for the earbuds to be shipped out?

If the 30 days has passed and you haven't heard anything, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team on 150 to chase this up.

Personally now well beyond 30 days, called 150 to be told I had to claim them from Samsung?

Beginning to feel like I've been had... and even EE haven't got a clue 🤷‍♂️

Just an update, about 10 days after receiving my phone i got a text from EE/samsung saying they were sending out my buds but there was delays/setbacks in production but they hadn't forgotten and would send them as soon as they became available, so I assume if you didn't get that text by now then it's not looking good. 

 

Side note, I also got the watch 7 ultra which comes with £100 google store credit, and got a text 10 days from receiving that device saying there were also delays with this promo

I am sorry you have been advised incorrectly when you called, the offer that was on for Samsung Buds Pro 3 free gift with a purchase of a Samsung ZFlip6 or ZFold 6 is fulfilled by ourselves and does not need to be claimed with Samsung.

As long as your purchase meets the eligibility criteria which you can find here ZFlip6ZFold6Buds3ProGWPTerms.pdf (ee.co.uk) you should receive them. Once they are dispatched you will get a text from us as well as a text from DPD.

That's ridiculous 😒  I did pre-ordered 13.7. New flip6 with Buds 3 pro i received phone 19.7.2024 but still didn't receive those buds3 pro, now is 26.8. And  my buds 3 pro still didn't received seems like I was scammed 

@Duongmichal  How are you scammed for something you’re not paying for ? 🤔     It’s a free gift.

Its out of EEs hands, it's Samsung that cant get stock out quick enough.
