Hello. On Sunday February 16 placed order 2 diffrent orders . Upfront payment take. Have received order acknowledge starting EE on each one order but no confirmation email. On my account I can see my orders and the note your order should arrive within 48 hours. But still no updates and confirmation emails.

Thanks for letting me know @Stan42 I've just checked the stock, and it looks like they are both in stock.
I'd recommend giving one of our service guides a call, so that they can look into your order for you, and give you a more specific update.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Although we can't check specific orders here, I can look at our stock pages and give you a general idea of when you should receive your devices.
What is the make, model, colour and memory size of the device's that you've gone for please?
