I've been given an order number that starts with xko. Does this mean it's been accepted? As I've had money leave my account?
Also how long does it take for the tracking information to update as it was ordered this morning but it's just stating they can't show my tracking information at the moment

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.

@MartinAlexandru You have to call customer support so the order can proceed. If you don’t call then the order will not happen.

Like @Chris_B mentioned, if you get this email advising you to contact us about the order, you'll need to reach out to the number listed in the email.
This is a direct line to our web sales team, and could be something as simple as checking an address is correct in order to ensure the order goes through correctly.
We don't have access to check the full order detais via this forum, but if you call up they should be able to sort things right away.
