Hey, I ordered an (early) upgrade a week ago and haven't received any further Comms since the original confirmation email... So unlike 'the UK's best network' which is usually pretty hot of the mark in sending new stuff.
The order isn't in my EE account. Tracking on the EE site brings back zero results. The digital help thing isn't helpful as it points me back to the track page. And nobody seems to answer my 150 call.
Being an early upgrade, I've paid a bit extra and would just like to know that my order is in the system and a rough date when it might be dispatched. Getting a little worried that it's slipped through the net?
Any help much appreciated x

I went for the 256GB Titanium Black
The order was also a success.

I ordered a 256GB Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra: Titanium Black on the 2nd of November, and I have not received any news since. The order reference number that came along with the confirmation email does not either when it came to tracking the order.

That model is showing as being in stock so I would have expected you to have heard something about it being sent out by now.
The best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch with our customer service guides, who can access the account and check the order status for you.

Welcome to the EE Community
If you have placed an order with us over the phone or via ee.co.uk and need to change the delivery address, you will need to give us a call and one of our guides can get the address updated for you. It is not possible to change the address yourself via DPD. You can give us a call on 150 from an EE Mobile or 07953 966150 from any other phone.
