I placed an order on the 20th. Have received no further email other than confirmation.
no dispatch etc, and order reference doesn’t work on any of the tracking.
I spoke to customer service on the 20th who said my order would be delivered on the 21st, but haven’t even had any further details and it’s obviously not been delivered.
can anyone help. Thanks!

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
