I have ordered an iPhone 16e 128gb black on the 2nd of July it been a week I had no update on delivery or email to say when it will come. They had taking the out front cost which was 30 quid. It's my first time with EE.

@Mollie34 What you mean you get no response when you call customer support?
I’m going to guess that your order will or has been cancelled because you’ve not spoken to customer support. You’ll be refunded with 7-10 days roughly from when they called you.

Welcome to the community.
That model is in stock so if the order was successful it would have been dispatched by now.
If the order hasn't gone through, any money would be returned as @Chris_B has said, but I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the order to see what has happened.
