Just changed from payg to pay monthly

Completed the order online and it took 1p out of my bank and then it said to message you guys to complete the order. I want to go onto monthly keeping the same number and sim if poss. The order number is ************ thank you

We guys of this user discussion group don't process orders. You need to call CS if you need check the progress of your order.

Have you followed How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract? Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
