Where is my order?

Hi,

 

I made an order as an upgrade to my existing phone.

 

The phone placed on order is the Google Pixel Pro 7, 256GB model, Obsidian.

 

I received the confirmation email but it advises to contact the customer care team whose opening hours rather ironically closed about 25 minutes ago.

 

It does not state why or what went wrong but just that my order has not gone ahead. I'm already an existing EE customer - what happened?

 

Is there someone else I can get in touch with as I work alot during the days so these opening hours are not convenient for me.

I ordered a tv 2 nights ago it was still in Stock my account went through had a email and text to say it went though and on its way waiting all day nothing no tracking or text or email until the end of the day to say it's been cancelled and out of stock when I ordered it and said its in stock then yesterday ordered a ps 5 bundle with lighting ect paid again out of my account and still waiting if no joy I be going high above and be telling everyone on social media witch I have 5000 friends and 8000 followers on Facebook and over 10000 on Instagram including celebrities not to bother with EE as this is totally unacceptable and wrong sort it out please as my orders are saying there's no orders when I know I have though text and email don't push me sort it place I paid £10 and also £20 out of my own account with is under Social Services as under client finances so if you want social services and client business and police involved go ahead if not please sent me my stuff I don't threat I promise and that's a fact! People know me knows the score!!
