Not fulfilling order

So last week, i upgraded my daughters  contract from an iphone 14 -sim only.

Only reason being is that she was going to buy the new 16 through Apple as it works out cheaper.

So the deal i go online through my account was Unlimited Essentials for £11 a month down from £23 a month.

No upgrade fee or nothing.

Her contract is up on the 18th next month.

Had 4 conversations with various people in EE regarding this and none of them are willing to honour it which i find bang out of order.

10 year plus customer here and i have to say i am disgusted with the service after being a customer for so long. 

Does anyone know if there is an email address for complaining?

Had confirmation regarding the order and i took a screenshot of the offer and the confirmation.

They are basically trying to rough arm me into paying more and im not having it

Did they say why you couldn't have that deal? Was it all accepted when you did it online?

Hiya Chris,
Spoke to 4 different advisors today to find out, from what I can gather, they applied too many discounts online.
That’s not my fault🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
Have managed to speak to someone who is able to do something so fingers crossed
