It's been three days and I still haven't received my phone.

Hi, I placed an order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max plan three days ago and since then I have received a confirmation of placing the order, what will be the monthly payment for the phone and sim card and nothing else. Who can I contact to find out if it has been sent? Regards

Also was this a brand new contract you've ordered, or an upgrade to an exiting number you have with us?
