My account has been saying that same since the 17th... I have yet to receive any information regarding delivery from DPD.  The rumor is.... These aren't being delivered out till atleast the 30th of September... Due to supply issues and EE recieving 1.25 million devices..  so when will be actually be recieving or iPhone 16 Pro Max?

Absolute joke it is have u heard anything ? 

Mines the same ordered Friday 20th, mine says the same as the image above and still no news. I called EE and all 16 pro max are out off stock and will be shipped when available. This info should be stated on the website before purchasing so I would’ve known I was waiting such a lengthy time

It’s supposed to mean it’s dispatched, however reading about EE and their interactions with customers feeding them lies don’t believe it is indeed dispatched, EEs systems are outdated and glitchy download the DPD app and check if they have anything coming for you that’s the only legit way unfortunately

i was lucky to have both my 2 pro maxes delivered on launch day, however apparently they were sending a third device accidentally had i not been honest and told them but yet my partners plan has yet to kick in no idea why it hasn’t

I spoke to EE Customer Service today in regards to my pre order (ment to receive on the 20th of September) 

Their response via phone call was that logistics was an issue (as expected) and that my pre order stands as an open sale due to this and will receive my phone more than 28 days away. When... They couldn't tell me, not even roughly. I should check my account regularly to see if I'm lucky enough to get it earlier but most probably won't.

Why not just do the honest thing and say logistics is an issue... I don't mind waiting. What I do have a problem with is the possibility of paying for a device I do not have
