What is going on with my order?

Hi, so as you can see I got this email after going through the application. I paid the upfront cost no issues. I get told to contact so I do.  A staff member answered and passed me through to someone else. I was then spoken to a by a rude woman who I felt clearly as the cut off time was arriving she told me’ due to to many postcodes in your area you have to go into a store’. I have no idea what this means as I signed the credit agreement and saw many users asking they got told to call and it seems I just got pawned off😂. If I have a ref number I was sure I’d passed the credit check?

@Wb9966   Sounds like she just wanted to finish on time.   There’s many postcodes all over the UK so that doesn’t make any sense at all. I would   call tomorrow and hopefully you get someone more helpful.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just for my own piece of mind I have gone through the credit check as I have signed a contract? And as I have a ref they just need to ask whatever and it should be fine?
