Something went wrong with my order

Hi, i have placed an order for sim only unlimited plan and porting if my number from vodafone on 10th April. 
till now i have not received the ee sim and my plan is still with Vodafone that i am I currently very hefty out if term rental. 
my order number is: xxxxxxxxxxxx. 


please help.

Welcome to the community.

When did you receive your EE SIM card? Do you know what date your number was supposed to port over? Was that 10th April, or was that when you ordered?

I have not received my EE sim yet and number was supposed to be ported within 24 hours by 11th apri.

I recommend speaking with our technical support team so that they can look into this. It sounds like it should have ported by now.
