Hello I would like to say I have not received my Sims order over a week now this is after receiving the email saying successful order but never received anything else no text on progress as a SIM order no tracking plus I can't use app chat because i need to link Sims to this ... No one answers on X or Facebook socials and I hate ringing because I struggle with this form of interaction... And just sends you in a complete loop

Thanks for coming to the community.
SIM orders should arrive within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail, they don't have tracking as this does not need a signature. What date did you place the order? Have you had any further emails since the confirmation email?
Was the SIM card you ordered a pay as you go SIM or pay monthly?
