I'm an existing EE customer with 2 monthly SIM only contracts and I'm trying to order another. I found the one I want but it only allows me to 'save' it and keeps asking me to sign in. I'm already signed in. I just want to be able to 'buy' it. Help!!

I am sorry to hear this is happening.
Could you try clearing cookies and cache, then opening My EE in a new web browser. Does this work for you?

Thanks for the response. I tried what you suggested and the same thing keeps happening. It simply won't allow me to purchase anything.

I am an existing customer and am having the same issue. There is no option to purchase available. I pick the plan, the phone, but page doesnt go anywhere. it doesnt indicate any issues, but I cannot progress the order as there is no option to move forward on the page. This happened the other day as well (must sell iphone....) . I came back to the page as I assumed you were just too busy with all the iphone rubbish.
I will try again in a few days. Its a bit weird your site.

Edit, still not working properly under chrome, but using Edge browser, order proceeds further till I get to checkout. It says:
"We're currently experiencing technical issues which means we can't complete your order online right now".
