@JamieEE23   You need to speak with EE customer services.    Not sure who you are speaking with there but it’s not EE at 12.51 am.    Any refunds usually take between 7-10 working days.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Was hoping an EE staff member would reply, not you. 

Since their phone line is busy, Facebook messages are ignored & live chat can’t “access my order” or give me the confirmation my bank is asking for. The cancellation emails should clearly state info about refunding as a basic given  anyway.

Did you manage to call and speak to someone in our Mobile Care team yet? We don't have access to your account or orders here in the community. Once you're able to speak to them, I'm sure they'll be able to send some confirmation through.
