I upgraded my sim & phone. I placed the order last week ( Thursday) , I am unable to track my order. I keep getting the message Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

I've had no further correspondence  from EE. 

Is anyone able to provide any further information on the details of my order ?

If order tracking is not working then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The current estimate for that model is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. DPD will be in touch with you when the device is ready to be delivered.
