iPhone 14 pro max delivery

Hi order the white iPhone 14 pro max on the 17th November 2022. Is there any update on how long this will take to deliver. I wasn’t aware or informed by the EE representative that these where on pre order so I am not happy about that.

Cancellation on 14th day.

I'm on my 14th day cooling off period and I have filled in the online returns form to send the phone back. Will this be OK or does the phone have to be physically returned back to ee within 14 days?

Does anyone know how I can contact a customer service person . Ordered SIM 5 days ago. Still not arrived and need to cancel with current network by tomorrow
