Can someone at EE tell me when my order will be dispatched please?
At the moment it only shows as pre order confirmed.
I do not have time to wait for 30mins on the phone to speak to someone.
I have my order number.

Welcome to the community.
As soon as your order has been processed and is ready for delivery you will be notified.
I would recommend downloading the DPD app and entering your delivery and contact details as this will show further delivery information once your phone is with EE.

I have no DPD tracking number. As it turns out the phone has arrived this afternoon.
Luckily my wife was in to take delivery. Not a great way of keeping your customers updated with tracking through tbh.

Just to add the tracking on My EE orders still shows it as Pre-ordered. 🤔.

The thing is why are orders taking so long to be processed?
It cannot purely be down to demand. Stocks levels are non-existent/low when other retailers are stocked up.
Also noticed prices have changed. Have EE realised they made a pricing error and are now trying to correct and holding back from delivering.

I'd rather not give them an opportunity to try and cancel/amend contract.
I'll be holding EE to the price we agreed in the contract.
Let's see if the phone does ever decide to show up!
