I ordered my 15 Pro Max in Natural Titanium on 22/09/23 and it's going to be a month in 2 days since I've done that. I haven't even received any confirmation emails regarding this upgrade. Are there any updates as to when I will receive this? I would need it before November starts!
I've got no order numbers or tracking numbers and now I am getting a bit restless with this and might move over to the new Samsung instead.

I am in exactly the same position ordered the same and keep getting texts it’s on its way but no confirmation email and it’s been over 28 days thinking of cancelling

@autoid You didn’t receive any confirmation of your order ? Did you check spam folder ? If you didn’t receive confirmation of order you don’t have an order going through. You need to call customer services about this to check to make sure your order went through.

@Vic1970 There’s more than one model type in natural titanium so what storage size ? Because the 256Gb at present states more than 28 days.

I have called Nurmours times regarding this and they have confirmed that I do have an order for the device. I just never received an email confirming this or even a tracking number.

At least you get some recognition! I don't even get an email. They said they can put me on the blue version but even that will take up to 14 days to ship.

I'm in exactly the same boat. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks. I called on Monday. The lady went back to check what the wait time was on that date (I've called 3 times and none of the previous customer service reps have been able to do this?! Online on the day I ordered, it said 28 days, not "more than")
Anyway, she said at the time the wait time was "more than 28 days, which means up to 6 weeks, so I expect you should get confirmation in the next 2 weeks". I'm getting fed up of being told different things to be honest, if they just don't know, then fine - say that, don't give inconsistent answers.
