I ordered an upgrade on the 5th November to collect at store and haven’t had an email to say when it will be ready to collect.The only email I have received is a confirmation. I tried to use the tracker to see the statues of my order but no luck.
Order was placed on the 15th Oct. Website said within 21 days and it still hasn’t updated to give me a date of delivery when I try to track my order it says it’s not available to track.
