Disgusted by the lack of communication from ee regarding the delay on my pre ordered pixel 8 pro. Have been with ee since it took over my original orange contact and I must say this is by far the worst 'upgrade' experience I've had. One of the reasons I've gone for the upgrade is due to wanting a better camera for when I go on holiday, if ee had explained it was going to take this long (still with no expected delivery date) I may have chosen another phone or company.

I have also had a message from DPD - and their suitably 'halloween icons' app gives me a tracking number - and that they are expecting my package shortly. My order was 10th October - 256gb in Bay.

I've also just recieved an update from dpd saying the same. My order was 11th October also the 256gb in Bay. Fingers crossed for everyone else waiting

I've just spoken to a very helpful customer services representative at EE and they said that I should receive the device within 7 days so sounds like the backlog is being cleared. The device I ordered was 256GB in Bay and I ordered on the 15th October.

The same here, I've been waiting four weeks! I just keep being told "we have no idea when its coming in"
