I canceled order no ************ on April 02, 2024, via phone call at around 4.30 PM. The customer service representative said that my refund would be available within the next two days. Unfortunately, my refund amount of GBP15 has not been credited yet.
 
 I would appreciate it if you could kindly do the needful at your earliest convenience.

You would need to speak with our Mobile Care team to check the status of the refund. Hopefully it's back in your account soon.
