It never came despite repeated contacts. EE never returned me my £15. Just to let you all know that even after almost a full year, ee never refunded me my £15. I accepted my fate, I cant do much. Although I continue to use ee as my primary mobile operator, I would never rely on their so called customer service. I have kept my records, correspondences, order cancellation details etc. But In my mind, I have accepted the fact that perhaps the ee customer service ain't worth £15. @amhossain If you look at your bank statements from that time do you see that the payment was actually taken. ? Sometimes the payment is just pending and it’s not actually taken if that’s the case EE can’t refund as nothing was taken.
