New Contract

Last week set up a new sim and broad band contract all OK, just received an email saying I've cancelled it? This is not the case can you advise TIA

@Alexjh72  You’ll need to speak with customer support about this.  This is a public forum and no one here knows who you are let alone anything about what you’ve ordered 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Cheers I thought EE were on overwatch, never mind I shall call in the
morning.

@Alexjh72 , the staff that work for EE in the community, have no account access and would not know who you are either, so any account queries have to be dealt with by speaking to customer service.
