Last week set up a new sim and broad band contract all OK, just received an email saying I've cancelled it? This is not the case can you advise TIA

@Alexjh72 , the staff that work for EE in the community, have no account access and would not know who you are either, so any account queries have to be dealt with by speaking to customer service.
