Pixel 8 pro pre order

Hi all have the pixel 8 pro on pre order it's due to be released tomorrow but on my tracking it still says awaiting delivery date confirmation. Has anyone elses tracker updated or will it just be delivered tomorrow?

So you got your phone even though customer service told you that you wouldn't receive it until tomorrow? 

Currently in the same boat, with no tracking info available I've been told by EE CS that the phone hasn't been dispatched yet despite me placing my pre-order on the 5th Oct. Problem being I'm self employed and I was counting on arranging my jobs for the day around the 1 hour time slot as most of my work is around 1hr drive from home.

So if your experience is anything to go by I either have to sack all my jobs for the day and wait in hopes of it turning up unexpectedly, or go do my jobs and risk the delivery bouncing due to not being there to sign for it.

No tracking on EE, no text or tracking on DPD and mine has just arrived! 😁

Morning everyone. 

Once your order has been dispatched your EE app will show the new plan you selected and DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery. 

You can download the DPD app to check for any scheduled deliveries using the mobile or email address you used at checkout or have registered.

No order update here, no notification from DPD at all but customer service said it should be delivered today. Was advised there would be a code for delivery so not sure how to get this so they will actually deliver it

Don't expect your new devices today just been told that there is a delay in stock even though they were happy to take my order on Sunday and even confirm to be delivered today total joke!

In the same position, pre- ordered on 4th and got email confirmation with order number. Order tracking not working on website and nothing showing on DPD app. Spoke to customer service yesterday who said order showing as picked.

Hoping this doesn't have same problem as pixel 6 pro pre-order, EE messed that up for me and I ended up not being able to claim headphones.

Sounds like a lot of us are in the same situation.  I spoke to CS last night and was told both my phones were picked and i would receive a text from DPD by 11am with my delivery slot.  Still waiting, no updates on EE tracking or in the DPD app.  Ordered  a pro 356gb in obsidian and a pro 128gb in bay! Keeping everything crossed they arrive today or I'm going to need to arrange someone to be in my house until they do with the poor tracking that they provide!

Hi

pre-order Google pixel 8 pro yesterday for del today. Which I still don’t have any confirmation that it has been dispatched. Anyone else having the same issue especially when they charge you for next day delivery. Been in touch via phone even the advisor could tell if it has been dispatched.

No tracking email, no tracking text. But it looks like it arrived 10am this morning. I cannot confirm but my partner said DPD dropped it off.
