Ordered my phone on the 21st, iPhone 16, my order didn't go straight through and had to call EE customer service to double check everything, something to do with the wrong PAC Code. Man on the phone was lovely and put it all through.
Phone was dispatched on the 23rd, but since then have had no updates and worried that it may be stuck somewhere or there might be a computer error. Man in EE shop wasn't massively helpful.

August 23rd was Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. Today, 26th August, is the first working day since.

You are actually entirely right there, I do shift work so forgot about that. Thank you
