SIM not received

i have ordered physical sim 3 days ago. still i am waiting and haven’t received my sim. the tracking id is not working. EE and DPD both tracking options saying it is not correct. don’t know what is wrong.

For a start DPD isn't involved. They are sent out by 2nd Class Royal Mail untracked.

Last 3 days were w/end & Bank Hols. So it won't come then. Expect it about Thurs.
