I ordered a pair of earphones from EE and they were meant to be delivered by DPD. It says they attempted to deliver it yesterday but decided to return it to EE instead. It now says return to consignor has been requested. What do I do now? Will I revive a refund or can I still get my earphones? It's frustrating that thus can't be fixed over the phone since it is a store order.

Hello @Lexy123_ ,
Welcome to the community,
Did you order over the phone or online and they went back to consignor, you should get a refund within the next 5-7 working days of them getting them back, which should be EE, as that is where you ordered them from.

I ordered online. Does this mean I have to order again?

@Lexy123_ , I would suggest you ring customer service to find out why it went back to them, what was the reason for this or were you not at home to receive it?

Where I live, the deliveries can't be personally delivered to my door, they just go to a post room. I assume because it was delivered to the post room and not to me, the delivery bounced. This is normally not an issue for me.

@Lexy123_ , I would suggest speaking to customer service and explain the situation and see what they can do about this, there may be a way round this.
