What do I need to do to get a router delivered to an address different from the one that it will be used at? I have specifically requested this three or four times in the last couple of days - the first one has gone to the address which it will be used at which I have requested Royal Mail to return to sender because I won't be there. I requested another one today but have just received an email from Royal Mail saying that it's being sent to the same address that I won't be at! What is wrong with you people!? I'll be phoning tomorrow to confirm the delivery address, and if it's not what I have requested then I'll be cancelling my order. I don't need this stress and hassle!

@eescum999 It’ll be delivered to the billing address as that’s what’s on your account.

Thanks, I have a phone with EE but not broadband. The address for my phone bill is the one that I'm trying to get the router sent to but they seem incapable of understanding that. If it cannot be done I wish they would just say so.

@eescum999 It’s sent to the billing address of the broadband as that’s the address the broadband is at and that’s where is for. Your phone billing address is only for your phone not your broadband.

Ok I'll just give up I think. Wasted far too much time fighting these people. Thanks

Hi there @eescum999
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you give our sales team a call they will check the order for you and let you know what options are available for the router delivery.
