I have made an online order for a new phone to be delivered to the local ee store, however I ordered the wrong phone and made a second order for delivery to my home address, both due to be delivered tomorow.
How will I go about cancelling the original order, will I have to go to the we store to "receive" item and then return it or will it be automatically cancelled if I don't collect ?

@Jay385 , you will have to go to the store and cancel it that way, as it is already being sent out to them.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and cancel one of the orders.

Tried that and weren't very helpful just said can't be cancelled over phone due to it being dispatched and due for delivery to store tomorrow
