Order number missing

Hi,

I'm swapping from Sky to EE for broadband and TV, but I have yet to receive anything from EE with an order number on it that I can use to track.

The only thing I have received is an SMS from Openreach, saying that they are coming next week to install the full fibre.

Is this normal?

Thanks for coming to the community.

You would usually get some confirmation emails from us after the order was placed, with details of what you have ordered, your account number, and confirming a direct debit if that was set up.

The text from Openreach points to the order being successful but if you haven't received any emails, and there is nothing in your junk/spam folder, I'd recommend giving us a call so that our broadband guides can locate the order and account and make sure that your email address is correct.
