DPD Couriers Stealing in W10 London Postcode

If you are an EE customer in the W10 postcode area of London, be warned. The DPD couriers are thieves. They are working in conjunction with staff in the Park Royal depot to steal your delivery, by pretending that they cannot deliver it because of fabricated problems with the delivery address. Then they say they are returning it to EE, but after a week your device is still stuck in their depot. Your delivery from EE takes just a day to come out to them, yet after one week, they cannot reverse the delivery back to EE in the same time it took to send it out. I wished I had read customer reviews on Trust pilot as well as on here first before placing my order for my company. DPD courier stole my neighbours laptop & tried to deliver her a dress instead. When caught out, he walked across the road to his van, whereby he looked to see if she was watching & then climbed into his van & drove off around the corner. He came back after 5 minutes with her laptop from where he had stashed it. Then my deliveries did not even leave out of the warehouse, no doubt so that they could steal my delivery. EE arranged a replacement delivery & DPD failed to send out tracking notification. Then the courier took a picture of my door without attempting to ring the doorbell. This was confirmed by phoning DPD myself. I had to go out on the street & flag down the driver. No card left despite claiming he had attempted delivery already. After delivered, no confirmation text from DPD. EE confirmed that they had handed customer contact email & mobile to DPD. DPD claimed no contact information was placed onto the parcel. Clear evidence that the drivers are in cahoots with someone operating their (DPD) computer system in order to strip the information off to prevent you from being alerted. EE are aware of this but are not holding DPD's feet to the fire.  Absolute shambolic service. What is the point of using this company to deliver if their staff are stealing your parcels?.

Good afternoon @Elliott247

Welcome to the EE Community!

If you have any concerns at all about your delivery, please speak with our team and they'll do their best to update you on what's happening.

In some rare occasions when things don't go as expected, this will be raised with our supply chain team for further investigation, and they have a process for feeding things back directly to DPD too.

You can find all the information you need about how to reach out to our team here:
