I have been trying to track my order but keep getting a timed out message. could you please inform me of the status of my order placed 7 apr 2025?

Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are. You can always ring customer service to find out.
You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery from DPD the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
However, as you're having difficulty tracking your order, there may have been an issue with the process. If you haven't done so already, you can call EE where a guide can track the location of your order. Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
Just to note- if they need to reprocess your order when you call, the tracking page may not show any details of your order if it has been processed using a different system.
