Hello,
Three days ago I cancelled an order that was already shipped out via calling customer service, my concern now is that the parcel due to be returned to EE has been at my local DPD depot for two days and the tracking has not been updated since saying " Your parcel is on its way back to EE" I would have thought the parcel would have retunred to EE by now and im growing concerned that the parcel will remain stuck at the depot unless I chase on it, can someone please confirm if this is standard of EE and it may take a little while longer before its sent back to EE?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I can understand your concern at not seeing any update on the DPD tracking, but I'm sure there is nothing to worry about.
At times it can take a few days for everything to update fully, and I have also seen times where the tracking number is changed by DPD when it is on the way back to us, as it is a different consignment, so the original may not show full updates.
If you've not seen any change, or heard anything to say it is back with us after the weekend, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides who can bring up the order and check exactly what is happening for you.
