I placed and order and paid, as I did l lost connection, the money has gone from bank but no confirmation email.
Any ideas

If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order and the money has been deducted from your account, here are some steps you can take:
Check your junk/spam email folders to ensure the confirmation email didn't end up there.
Wait for up to 24-48 hours as it may take some time for the confirmation email to be sent.
If you still haven't received the email after waiting, consider contacting EE Customer Services at 150 from your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from another phone for assistance.
It's also recommended to speak with EE's customer service team if you have no confirmation of your order.
