After the point where it tells you when your contract ends which for me was Feb 2022 and I click on Phone to see the upgrade deals I can have. Its the same even if I click on sim only button

Yeah, I'm definitely getting further than that, @BrendonH. Does the same thing happen on a couple of different devices/browsers?

Yes, this is happening in Chrome and Safari.

It sounds like it could be a problem with your account. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into it and run through your upgrade options, if you want them to.

I don't like calling. I'm in no rush to upgrade so I'll wait to see if it's sorted if not then I may pop into the Gloucester branch next Thursday when my cars being MOTd
