Can't Upgrade

This has been happening now for over a week. What's going on?

At which point does this error come up? I've tested my personal account, and it seems to take me through the upgrade journey.

After the point where it tells you when your contract ends which for me was Feb 2022 and I click on Phone to see the upgrade deals I can have. Its the same even if I click on sim only button

Yeah, I'm definitely getting further than that, @BrendonH. Does the same thing happen on a couple of different devices/browsers?

Yes, this is happening in Chrome and Safari.

It sounds like it could be a problem with your account. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into it and run through your upgrade options, if you want them to.

I don't like calling. I'm in no rush to upgrade so I'll wait to see if it's sorted if not then I may pop into the Gloucester branch next Thursday when my cars being MOTd
