Waiting on order

I placed an order on Sunday evening and received my order confirmation, however I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. I am email a day but nothing else, I received a direct debit mandate on Monday then received a flex payment mandate yesterday. Just confused as to what Is happening with it

Same problem did my order in store, Sat 13th.

Absolute nightmare trying to speak to anyone and get no answers from csc this alone took over an hour to speak to someone, just said go back to the store,  now I'm told the phone I picked has a 7 day wait if iPhone even longer but no-one even mentioned it.  

Customer service empathy is zero , this is what happens when they get to big . Just take the money.

I've ordered a pixel 7a in blue and the storage is 128gb. 

Need it fairly quickly and the website said it would be sent within 1 day when I ordered it
