Order tracking not working

I placed an order 2 days ago for 2 sim only contracts a received a confirmation email stating order would be processed and I would receive a text with tracking info once posted. I haven't received anything since and when I call I am sent round in circles and advised to check the tracking tool online which simply says my order details cannot be viewed at this time. I work long shifts and can't always sit on the phone waiting. Can someone please help. My order number is xxxxxxxxxx

Thanks for coming to the community. 

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and will be posted by Royal Mail. 

You won't be able to track the SIM orders as these are sent by Royal Mail with no tracking.
