Hello, 

I have ordered 2 phones from EE I have received 2 emails to say they’ve got my order, but in the email subject it says “please call us to discuss” but in the email it says if they require any further information they will contact me 

so do I have to contact them or is everything okay?

I'd recommend giving them a call so that they can investigate why you've been asked to call in.

There should be a number for you to call within the email that you've received.

They have asked you to contact them, as per the email heading you should contact EE further.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
