I placed an order for an iPhone 16 pro I payed the upfront cost but after I paid this the screen remained the same but payment was taken and I've had no email all day

Welcome to the community.
It would be common for the payment to show as pending with the bank as there was an attempt to make a payment, but if the order hasn't gone through, we'd not take it.
Did you see an order confirmation screen with an order number?
Have you checked in your junk/spam folders on your email in case it has dropped in there?

soon as they get your bank details they couldnt give a **bleep**. was told sim only would take 24- 48 now its upto 10 days?
my parent got a sim sent from China quicker, no email or text since taking my bank details.
my contract started on 15th so when it does come ive already lost nearly 2 weeks but WHO cares they dont, heres an AI to talk to for a few hours ridiculous. Just already had a problem with BT last week then i found out BT merged with E,E so dont expect anywork soon, pray like everyone else we might get what we pay for.
