I recently ordered an iPhone 14 pro online which I got confirmation for and then got a call from your customer service team to look into better deals etc. I had ordered a different contract over the phone and cancelling the one have done online. However, I did not receive any new emails confirming the new order.

@Jake_Vidad Are you sure it was EE who called you ? I’ve never known EE to call and to see if you can get a better deal after you have upgraded.
did you give any private information over the phone like passwords ? If you did it would be highly recommend you call customer services about this.

@Chris_B Hi yes, I'm quite certain it was a member of EE and I'm not insecure about anything given over the phone because I didn't give anything personal like passwords or bank details and details were confirmed to me rather than me confirming details to the caller.

i have just placed an order online for a contract phone and they have taken the £30 upfront cost but ive not received any confirmation email from them
