Hi Katie,

I'm sorry but unfortunately that answer is not good enough, the timescale at the time of me ordering was expected delivery within 28 days. So unfortunately no, you're going off of what it states now but if it @Hashan88 ordered on 22nd Sep before me he would've been told within 28 days. So you're required to check this and give the customer a better update. None of the BS you read online - just own up? You don't know yourself LOL.
