Sim Card Activation Problem (Pay As You Go )

Hello,

I bought a sim card from home bargains. Opened EE`s  sim activation page, received the code and entered the sim   serial( I double   checked from back of the sim card and also from phone) webpage says an problem occured.

It`s been more than 24 hours since I inserted sim car into  my phone.
