I selected and ordered via 150 a PACK20 however it is telling me that I need to top up my balance first. My balance is £20 and change so the £20 is there yet it won’t add the 30 day pack to my phone. I tried it with a PACK15 too and got the same message. I’ve never had this problem before and used EE PAYG for 20+ years now. Nothing had changed, my phone is the same, number…and the balance is funded. Any advise?
