Upgraded but no confirmation!

Hi.  I upgraded last night from a SIM to a new contract Samsung phone and paid an upfront cost of £100.  When the order went through, it logged me out of my account.  I see the payment is pending and not sure whether the order has gone through or not...

Hello,I have bought a new EE package (£15 monthly) on the 29th August with a Pay as you go Sim card, and unfortunately I haven’t received any email confirmation/order number, or if I did, it went in Junk and the emails get deleted there periodically....
