I ordered on the 25th October paid upfront cost and set direct debit etc up and got a confirmation email, I keep looking through the app on tracking and all it says it’s dispatched but no info on when etc just so worried I know it’s not been long but just a little update would’ve been nice wondering if anyone can help or if it’s happened to them 

any help appreciated 🙂

Could I just check, which model device including memory size and colour did you order? 

Have you had any texts or emails from DPD regarding the delivery?

yes it was iPhone 16 pro max 256GB desert titanium 

paid upfront cost and set up a direct debit to 

ordered it on the 25th got the confirmation with order number to track it but nothing else when I go on the tracker it just says dispatched but no dates etc

The model you have ordered shows 'Usually dispatched within 14 days' on the EE Shop online.

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD would be in touch with tracking details.
