Missing EE gamecard voucher

Hi, 

On 3rd of October I chose one of the Xbox Series X bundle with £70 EE game card voucher. I received my console, but I haven't received my voucher through the text. Also I've bought PS5 bundle with 24 months of PSPlus and another £70 EE game cars voucher, but when I tried to reedem it on EE website it showed me, I have only £50 that I can use from that code, which I use it didn't let me buy £50 and £20 PS wallet currency. 

Is there any chance you can help me receive my xbox bundle EE gamecard voucher?

Hi Leanne - I’ve had a similar issue, bought PS5 as an add on in Manchester Trafford store and was promised a £70 game card that I’ve still not received despite two contacts on live chat and an instore visit. Please can you advise? I just keep getting told it’ll be sent to me, and it still hasn’t!

I'm disappointed to hear that you've still not received this as promised by the store. I think the best thing to do is to call us so we can make sure this is resolved.
